At Ease Digital, we believe in complete transparency. To ensure you have full ownership and control, and to provide the most cost-effective solution, your website and AI chatbot platform subscriptions (Squarespace, Acuity, Domain Name, Botpress) will be managed and paid for directly by you.

Our role is to expertly design, build, and connect your digital presence, and then provide ongoing management through your Ease Digital subscription.

Understanding Your Digital Investment:

Here’s a breakdown of the typical components of your digital investment:

1. Core Platform Subscriptions (Paid Directly by Client)

  • Squarespace Website Hosting:

    • What it is: The robust platform that hosts your website, providing templates, secure hosting (SSL), e-commerce capabilities, and content management tools.

    • Your Action: You will purchase your Squarespace plan directly from Squarespace. We will guide you on selecting the appropriate plan for your needs (e.g., Basic, Core, Plus, or Advanced).

    • Our Support: We will expertly design and build your website on your Squarespace account and set up all necessary connections.

    • Typical Cost: Approximately $25 - $139 per month (or an annual discounted rate) depending on the Squarespace plan you choose.

  • Acuity / Squarespace Scheduling (for Bookings):

    • What it is: The powerful online scheduling platform that allows clients to book appointments and classes directly through your website.

    • Your Action: You will purchase your Acuity Scheduling (Integrated Squarespace Scheduling) plan directly. We will guide you on selecting the appropriate plan for your needs (e.g., Starter, Standard, Premium, or Enterprise).

    • Our Support: We will seamlessly integrate and configure your scheduling system into your website and chatbot during setup.

    • Typical Cost: Approximately $20 - $61+ per month (or an annual discounted rate) depending on your chosen scheduling plan.

2. Domain Name Registration (Your Website Address)

  • What it is: Your unique website address (e.g., yourbusinessname.com).

  • Your Action: You will register and maintain ownership of your domain name directly with a domain registrar (e.g., Google Domains, GoDaddy, Squarespace). We recommend registering it in your business's name from day one to ensure full control.

  • Our Support: We will expertly connect and configure your domain to your website during the setup process, making it seamless for you.

  • Typical Cost: Approximately $20 - $50 per year, depending on the registrar and domain chosen.

3. Online Payment Processors (e.g., Stripe, Square, PayPal)

  • What it is: Services that securely process credit card payments and other transactions on your website (e.g., for bookings, e-commerce).

  • Your Action: You must create and manage your own account with your preferred payment processor. These services are directly linked to your bank account and your FEIN/SSN to process your funds securely.

  • Our Support: We will seamlessly integrate your chosen payment processor into your website and booking system once your account is active. We often recommend Stripe and Square for their robust integration with Squarespace.

  • Typical Cost: These providers typically charge varying transaction fees (a percentage per transaction) directly to you, rather than a fixed monthly fee.

4. Botpress (AI Chatbot Platform)

  • What it is: The advanced AI platform used to build, host, and manage your custom intelligent chatbot. It provides the core intelligence, conversational capabilities, and infrastructure for your chatbot to engage with clients 24/7.

  • Your Action: You will create, manage, and maintain your own Botpress account. You are responsible for understanding and selecting the appropriate Botpress plan (e.g., Free, Team, Enterprise tiers) based on your usage needs, desired features, and conversation volume, and for paying any associated subscription fees directly to Botpress.

  • Our Support: We expertly design, build, and optimize your custom AI chatbot using the Botpress platform. We will set up and configure your chatbot within your Botpress account, manage its knowledge base, develop its conversational flows, and handle all necessary integrations with your website and booking systems.

  • Typical Cost: Botpress offers a generous free tier for basic usage. For more advanced features, higher conversation volumes, or dedicated support, paid plans typically range from approximately $0.00 - Pay as You Go to $89 - Team, $495 Team, and a Custom Enterprise plan >$495 per month, billed directly by Botpress. (They also offer add-ons for each tier)

  • Initial Design & Set-Up: The expert creation and configuration of your custom website and/or AI chatbot.

  • Ongoing Monthly Management: Continuous maintenance, optimization, support, and strategic enhancements as defined by your chosen Ease Digital subscription package.

  • Seamless Connections: We handle all the technical integrations between your platforms (Squarespace, Acuity, Payment Processors) and your Ease Digital-designed assets.
